MCW Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and MCW, governing your access to and use of our platform and services within Bangladesh. This document was last updated March 2026 and supersedes all previous versions. By accessing or using any services provided through MCW, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

We encourage all users to review this agreement carefully before proceeding with account registration or engaging with any services available on our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any services offered by MCW, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, along with any additional guidelines, policies, or rules that may be published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of this agreement, you must immediately cease using our services and refrain from accessing the platform. Your continued use of MCW services following any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

MCW reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for an account and use MCW services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your location.
You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to or participation in online gaming is prohibited.
You must not have been previously excluded or banned from using MCW services.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

MCW reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate existing accounts at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons for such decisions.

3. Account Security and User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication information.

User responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Keeping login credentials secure and not sharing them with any third party.
Using strong, unique passwords and updating them regularly.
Immediately notifying MCW of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.
Ensuring that all account information remains current and accurate.
Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.

MCW shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access resulting from your negligence.

All activities conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you shall bear full responsibility for any such activities.

4. Verification and KYC Requirements

MCW is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. As part of this commitment, we may require you to provide documentation and information to verify your identity, age, and source of funds.

Required documentation may include:

Government-issued identification (passport, national ID card, or driving licence).
Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
Proof of payment method ownership.
Source of funds documentation where deemed necessary.

MCW reserves the right to request verification at any time, including but not limited to account registration, withdrawal requests, or when suspicious activity is detected.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination. MCW may also withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Conditions

5.3 General Payment Conditions

MCW shall not be liable for any fees, charges, or exchange rate fluctuations imposed by payment providers or financial institutions. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

MCW may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers to users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer.

General provisions applicable to all promotions include:

Promotional offers are intended for recreational users only.
MCW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is strictly prohibited.
Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
MCW reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.

7. Prohibited Activities and Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
Operating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
Using automated software, bots, or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform.
Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
Systematic betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers.
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with platform software.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing MCW staff or other users.

MCW employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect fraudulent and abusive behaviour. Users found to have engaged in prohibited activities shall have no claim against MCW for any withheld funds or account closures.

8. Suspension and Termination Rights

MCW reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Breach of these terms and conditions.
Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Failure to complete verification requirements.
Regulatory requirements or legal obligations.
Extended periods of account inactivity.
At the request of the account holder.

Upon account termination, MCW may, at its sole discretion, return any remaining balance to the user, subject to deductions for any amounts owed to MCW or third parties, and pending completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

MCW shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from account suspension or termination conducted in accordance with these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or through the MCW platform are the exclusive property of MCW or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include:

The right to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content.
The right to modify, adapt, or create derivative works.
The right to use any content for commercial purposes.
The right to remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.

Any unauthorised use of MCW intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MCW, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Service interruptions, technical failures, or system errors.
Actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.
Any losses arising from events beyond MCW's reasonable control.

MCW's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MCW is licensed and operates.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of MCW services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. Should informal resolution prove unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal costs and expenses from the non-prevailing party.
